A thoughtful space for children, adolescents, adults and families.
Sameeha Elias is a Counselling Psychologist offering therapy, parent support, workshops and professional training from a neurodiversity affirming and culturally responsive perspective.
Therapy that honours the person, the context and the pace.
I offer a therapeutic space that is calm, considered and collaborative. My work supports people in making sense of emotional, relational and developmental experiences with respect for their strengths, needs and lived reality.
Support may include therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, eating concerns, identity development, relationship challenges and experiences related to neurodivergence.
Support for different seasons of life.
Therapy and support are available across developmental stages, with care shaped around emotional needs, family context and the pace of the person seeking support.
